Ram’s Hill Golf Course is a one-of-a-kind, highly ranked public track in Borrego Springs, CA. Ram’s Hill Golf Course first came on the map in 1983 when golf course designer, Ted Robinson Sr., laid the foundation for the track. Two decades later, Tom Fazio and his design associate Time Jackson took the layout and completely re-routed it and abandoned the original back nine.
Shortly after the 2008-2009 financial crisis, Ram’s Hill Golf Course closed its doors and lost its only source of water, ultimately remaining an empty shell of itself. In 2014 under new ownership, Ram’s Hill Golf Course secured 6 new water sources were secured and the reclamation project to get Ram’s Hill back to its former glory began.
